Harvesting Happiness
A documentary about community supported agriculture in the Netherlands

A portrait of six headstrong farmers
The film is a portrait of six farmers and their CSA farm: a story about their ideals and passion, the relationship with their members, the struggle for land, the doubts and the setbacks, and their dream for the future. It offers insight into the position of these farmers, an aspect to our food that remains invisible for most people. Why do they choose to leave conventional agriculture behind? Most of all, this film shows the beauty of community supported agriculture. Director: Jildou Friso – Year: 2017 – Country: Netherlands – Language: Dutch – Subtitles: English – Length: 35 minutes
